Overview
GovCIO is seeking a highly experienced Senior Technical Advisor/Delivery Manager to serve as a senior consultant and to manage software release delivery in support of the Department of Veterans Affairs’ Office of Information and Technology (OIT). This position is fully remote within the Continental United States with core hours from Monday to Friday 8 AM to 5 PM ET.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business stakeholders to ensure work is properly prioritized, sequenced, decomposed and ready for team execution.
- Manage and coordinate technology development across teams to ensure consistent delivery during each Business Increment.
- Ensure full visibility of all work across the value stream.
- Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and cross-team impacts.
