Become a vital part of our team as a Senior Technical Analyst, focusing on application reliability and support for engineering and operational applications. This role requires deep technical expertise and effective communication with stakeholders.
Reporting to the Supervisor of Production Reporting, you'll tackle a portfolio of vendor-provided applications critical for decision-making. With a minimum of 7 years in technical analysis or application support, you'll perform troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and coordinate vendor management. You will be responsible for maintaining application performance and aligning changes with evolving business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide Tier 2/3 support for engineering applications
• Manage the lifecycle of incidents and service requests
• Perform detailed troubleshooting across various layers
• Coordinate issue resolution with vendors and stakeholders
• Analyze application behavior to identify performance issues
