Job Description
We are seeking a hands-on Technical Development Lead to spearhead the evolution of our engineering team from a traditional cloud-native shop to a fully AI-driven development powerhouse. This is an onsite work opportunity based at our Eden Prairie, MN location
This is a hands-on technical role. You will spend your time building production-grade solutions in Azure/Node.js stack and managing deployments via AKS, while simultaneously architecting the AI agents, RAG systems, and automated workflows that will redefine our SDLC.
**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**
+ Hands-on Cloud Engineering: Lead development of scalable applications in Node.js, Express/NestJS, React, and Cosmos DB. Own containerization (Docker) and orchestration (AKS).
+ AI SDLC Transformation: Drive spec-driven Agile delivery with AI-assisted workflows. Architect MCP integrations with Azure OpenAI; build internal agents and RAG pipelines (LangChain) to automate boilerplate, docume...
