Responsibilities
- • Advanced Software Implementation : Lead and oversee the planning, setup, and configuration of advanced EUC applications, including AD, Exchange, Office 365, and SCCM across client environments.
- • Project Management : Manage and ensure successful completion of complex projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and integrations.
- • Technical Leadership : Provide guidance and mentoring to junior engineers, ensuring knowledge transfer and development within the team.
