The West Midlands Combined Authority is looking for an experienced development professional to play a pivotal role in assessing, shaping and presenting some of the region's most significant regeneration projects.
This is far more than a technical appraisal role. You'll work with local authorities, developers, consultants and senior public sector leaders to turn ambitious regeneration ideas into deliverable investment opportunities, helping determine which schemes receive public funding and move forward into delivery.
From town centre regeneration and mixed‑use developments to large‑scale housing schemes, your work will directly influence the future of communities across the region.
