As a Senior Hydrogeologist at WSP, you will take on a visible technical and leadership role within the Water Management, Hydrogeology and Geophysics team, supporting complex environmental and engineering challenges in Alberta and across Western Canada.

Based in Calgary, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to clients while helping shape the strategic direction and continued growth of our Earth & Environment services in the Prairies and North. This role offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of technical excellence, people leadership, and business development.
Your Impact
- Lead physical hydrogeology components of local, regional, and international projects, ensuring delivery meets WSP and client standards for safety, quality, schedule, and budget.
