The Senior Technical Manager / Deputy Technical Director is the operational head of the Technical Department, reporting directly to the Technical Director. The role is accountable for end-to-end technical delivery and asset performance across the full lifecycle of every solar PV system we deploy and operate. This is a department‑wide leadership role — not a single-function manager. The successful candidate will own five interconnected technical sections: Drawings & PE Engineering, Site Assessment & Drone Survey, Testing & Commissioning (T&C), System Activation, and Monitoring & Maintenance (proactive and reactive). They will manage the section leads of each, drive standardisation across the department, and act as second‑in‑command to the Technical Director on all engineering, quality, and fleet performance matters.
