Liaise closely with client representatives on all service/maintenance related issues. Mentor a team of service team members. Assisting the supervisor in employing teams on service deliveries and distribute responsibilities. Manage day-to-day client interactions and expectations for optimal results. Provide support to supervisor in ensuring the timely delivery and completion of troubleshoot and service/maintenance of security systems at clients' premises. Familiarise yourself and deliver customer satisfaction base on each client's business, organization and objectives.
