Job Description
The Senior Technical Programme Manager is a high-impact individual contributor within the CTO Office, responsible for coordinating and assuring delivery across all IT domains including Engineering, Systems, Data & Analytics, Service and Cyber.
This role will be the single point of truth for IT deliverables to Global Project Delivery initiatives and critical IT changes.
Responsibilities
- Owning end‑to‑end delivery of complex technology programmes across our e‑commerce and operational landscape, including Microsoft Dynamics 365, Shopify, and custom platform components.
- Translating product and technology strategy into structured, sequenced delivery plans with clear milestones, dependencies, risks, and trade‑offs.
- Driving alignment across product, engineering, operations, and commercial teams on scope, sequencing, priorities, and delivery approach.
