Key Responsibilities
Omnichannel Product Delivery:
Spearhead the end-to-end delivery of high-complexity, multi-system product launches spanning eCommerce web platforms, mobile applications, and brick-and-mortar retail environments impacting 1M+ users.
Platform Solutions & Partner Integrations:
Direct the technical implementation of platform architectures that drive customer acquisition, optimize lifecycle user journeys, and streamline purchase flows. Own the delivery and launch of tier-1 strategic partner services (such as streaming, entertainment, or subscription-based offerings like EPL and Disney+).
Delivery Governance & Risk Management:
Establish and drive robust cross-functional delivery frameworks. Proactively identify, track, and mitigate project risks, manage complex architectural dependencies, and remove delivery blockers.
