ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) certification (Good To have)
- 8+ years of experience in IT service management and enterprise architecture
- 5+ years of hands-on experience implementing and customizing ServiceNow solutions
- Experience with WSD and HSE modules desirable.
- Proven experience architecting complex, multi-instance ServiceNow environments
- Demonstrated experience designing enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations with
