Job Description

Hire Resolve's client is seeking a Senior Technical Specialist (Enterprise Content Management) for a 12 month contract. The candidate hired for this role will manage different content repositories, including IBM Content Manager 8, IBM Content Manager OnDemand, and the associated web client applications. Responsibilities include overseeing capacity, handling modifications, managing user access, troubleshooting, and providing general support functions for various systems and processes.

Responsibilities

  • Configure and support solutions implementation using the IBM Content Management suite.
  • Work with integrated solutions using IBM Content Manager, IBM OnDemand, IBM Content Navigator, IBM Records Manager, and other related IBM technologies.
  • Install, upgrade, and maintain 3rd party packages (IBM).
