Essential Responsibilities
- Conduct inspections and manage programs for building mechanical and auxiliary systems, assess condition and recommend corrective measures.
- Provide mechanical technical advice to internal and external clients on complex mechanical building system issues.
- Analyse and interpret site conditions, technical reports and drawings.
- Prepare detailed technical reports using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat.
- Work overtime, travel overnight, enter construction sites, and perform physical tasks including site visits and climbing.
