Job Responsibilities
- Perform hands‑on maintenance for general and curated landscape (e.g., bonsai and shrubs).
- Conduct routine landscape inspection and report defects to senior management.
- Escort vendors and service partners for landscape, pest control, and irrigation maintenance services.
- Ensure quality work is carried out in accordance with SOPs, guidelines, and standards.
- Assist in the operation and maintenance of the irrigation system.
- Carry out basic administrative updates in the system.
- Perform inventory stock checks, store management, and equipment inspections.
- Execute ad‑hoc tasks as required, including assistance to other facilities department team members.
- Monitor day‑to‑day progress of defect rectification and identify equipment defects.
- Enforce safe work practices for contractors based on risk assessment and safe work procedures.
