Job Responsibilities
- Ability to perform hands‑on maintenance for general landscape and curated landscape e.g. bonsai and shrubs
- Perform routine landscape inspection and report any defects to superior
- Escort vendors/service partners for landscape, pest control and irrigation maintenance services
- Ensure quality works are be carried out based on SOPs, Guidelines, and Standards
- Assist in operation and maintaining the irrigation system
- Carry out simple administrative updates in system
- Perform Inventory stock checks, store management, equipment checks.
- Perform ad‑hoc tasks as required, including assisting other facilities department team members
Education & Certification
- At least ‘N’ level or higher level will be an advantage
- Possess NEA certificate in Pest management will be an advantage
