Key Responsibilities
- Provide end‑to‑end SAP BASIS support across DEV, QA, and Production environments
- Monitor SAP systems for availability, performance, background jobs, spool, and system health
- Handle incident, problem, and service request tickets in line with SLAs and support procedures
- Support patching, kernel upgrades, and support packs under change management processes
