Kensho is S&P Global’s hub for AI innovation and transformation. With expertise in machine learning, natural language processing, and data discovery, we develop and deploy solutions to drive progress at S&P Global and its customers worldwide. This role focuses on sourcing and hiring top talent for Kensho, with a strong emphasis on AI, software, and emerging technology roles. The position is based in Singapore.

This role plays a critical part in building a new Kensho office in Singapore, supporting AI‑enabled products and digital transformation initiatives. You will operate in a consultative recruiting environment, working across complex technical roles and partnering with leaders to deliver talent efficiently.

• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to deliver full‑cycle recruitment for technology and AI‑related roles, from intake and sourcing strategy through offer and onboarding.
