Overview
Fixed term contract to cover maternity leave. The role: Our Customer Contact Experience (CCX) Technology Team develops and manages solutions to deliver an incredible experience for our UK and international customers. We also provide branded services for our Total Platform partners. This industry leading service is delivered through phone, chat, emails, and social media by our talented teams in Leicester, Doncaster, Poznan, and Pune.
Life at NEXT is fast-paced and full on. In CCX, no two days are alike, and you will work collaboratively with the business and other tech teams to see the results of the systems you develop in action. We are at an advanced stage of a successful modernisation programme, overhauling our applications to ensure we never stand still.
