Role Overview – Thin Film Coating Engineer
The Thin Film Coating Engineer is responsible for the development, optimization, and industrialization of optical thin film coatings within a manufacturing environment. This role supports both new product introduction and ongoing production, ensuring robust, repeatable coating processes that meet performance, quality, and cost targets.
The position combines hands‑on process engineering, thin film design, and cross‑functional collaboration to deliver high‑performance optical products and drive continuous improvement in coating technologies.
What You’ll Need
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Diploma in Physics, Materials Science, Optics, or a related Engineering discipline
