Senior Toolmaker (CNC & Mould‑Making)

This is a hands‑on, senior role suited to a technically strong Toolmaker with proven CNC machining and mould‑making expertise, as well as the ability to lead and mentor others

This role includes technical leadership, hands‑on manufacturing, and supervision of a toolmaking team

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC vertical milling machines (3‑/4‑axis) and CNC lathes safely and efficiently
• Independently execute CNC machining projects from programs and technical drawings
• Perform CNC programming, editing, and troubleshooting as required
• Manufacture high‑precision plastic moulds, including:
  • Injection moulds
  • Blow moulds
  • ISBM / PET moulds
• Participate in new mould builds, breakdown repairs, preventative maintenance, and tooling improvements
