Do you have a passion for Southern & East African travel and love creating unforgettable journeys? We’re looking for a Tour Consultant / Journey Designer to join the inbound travel team and craft exceptional, tailor‑made experiences for international travellers.
This role is ideal for someone detail‑oriented, customer‑focused, and experienced in designing customised itineraries within the travel industry.
Requirements
- 2–3 years’ experience as a Tour Consultant or in a similar inbound travel role
- Strong knowledge of Southern and East Africa (destinations, logistics, and product)
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Customer‑centric mindset with a problem‑solving approach
- Experience with Tourplan (advantageous but not essential)
