Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Sr. Training & Quality Manager to support our GenAI/LLM Practice by integrating Project Management methodology into our Total Quality Management (TQM) framework.
This role will work closely with Global Delivery and TQM leadership to design, deploy, and govern training and quality strategies across multiple projects and locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Integrate structured Project Management practices into TQM frameworks during project scoping and initiation
- Lead end-to-end training lifecycle management (design, development, delivery, certification, re-certification)
- Establish and govern quality measurement and quality assurance methodologies
- Drive Root Cause Analysis (RCA), audit readiness, KPI recovery, and threshold stabilization strategies
