LaVie Resort and Casino Manila seeks a Master Trainer responsible for designing and implementing training programs that meet both organizational and individual learning needs. You will conduct training sessions and workshops for employees, evaluate training effectiveness, and maintain training records.
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field and has proven experience in training delivery and talent management. Strong presentation and analytical skills are a must. A competitive package is offered.
