The Position
Building capability of 'Customer Facing Team/CFT' (Sales Rep,FLM,SLM &TM) to achieve organizational goals. Transforming Effective/Classic field force to Orchestrator Role. Foster a culture of self learning in Boehringer Ingelheim India and Export Market (BNS).
Tasks & Responsibilities
+ Build capability of CFT on Disease,Product,Commercial and soft skills to provide exceptional customer experience with Boehringer Ingelheim.
+ Improve In-Clinic Effectiveness, Crisp & Precise communication, Adaptability of CFT to engage customer effectively in different situation with an effective use of Hybrid CEM.
+ Develop robust Onboarding and sustainability program with an optimum use of Macro & Micro Learning content. Transform classic/effective field force to orchestrator role.
+ Strengthen coaching culture and required capability of FLM/SLM.
