Job Description
1. Training Management Develop and implement annual mining training plans and schedules Manage all operator, safety, induction, refresher, and competency training Coordinate technical and operational training for mining equipment operators Ensure training aligns with MQA standards and mine operating procedures Conduct training needs analysis across departments Develop and update training material, SOPs, assessments, and practical evaluations 2. TMM & Equipment Training Oversee training on heavy mining equipment including: Rigid Dump Trucks Excavators Dozers Graders Front End Loaders Drill Rigs ADTs Conduct operator evaluations and competency assessments Monitor operator performance and implement corrective coaching interventions Ensure legal compliance regarding operator licensing and certification 3. Assessment & Compliance Conduct formative, summative, and RPL assessments Ensure compliance with MQA, MHSA, and company training standards Maintain training records, skills matrices, and ...
