Job Description
Develop and Manage Abbott Nutrition's training organization and structure. Strategically align all training and development initiatives to support Division's goals, growth and business strategies.
Key Areas of Accountability
- Provide strategic directions for the planning, design, development and implementation of all training and development initiatives.
- Manage on boarding and orientation of newly recruited and newly promoted Abbott Nutrition employees. Lead process to identify most suitable training & learning management system, design and implement core curriculum and need-based programs to meet division needs.
- Collaborate with various leaders to determine training needs, manage performance gaps, provide training solutions and promote utilization of training services to meet the overall goals of the team.
