Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Training Officer for a period of 6 months to undertake a strategic review of Council's current learning and development framework, systems, processes and training compliance requirements.
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
- Previous experience working within a Local Government environment.
- Strong understanding of Verification of Competencies (VOC) requirements and competency-based training frameworks.
- Experience reviewing and improving learning and development systems, processes and compliance programs.
- Practical experience using TechnologyOne, preferably within a Local Government setting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify process improvements and organisational efficiencies.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Experience preparing reports and recommendations for senior management.
