Role summary
This is a Transaction Operations role reporting to the Head of Operations. The individual will be part of the Transaction Operations team under the Operations team.
Key duties and responsibilities
- Manage transaction processing of investment instruments (listed, over-the-counter) and activities in ensuring timely issuance of settlement instructions, cash payments/receipts, trade issues and/or failed trades resolution.
- Trading broker and counterparties operational relationship management, which includes but not limiting to new account setups, liaison for trading documentation, managing regular KYC requests.
- Manage trade instructions or book entries that are incidental from portfolio’s transitional activities.
- Contribute to projects, initiatives such as new investment instrument evaluation, workflows automation enhancements evaluation, testing and implementation.
