Job Description
The Transition Sr. Specialist will support the coordination of on-boarding activities for the companies new Global Business Center (GBC) located in Taguig, Philippines. The company and associated business units are embarking on a multi-year stand up and migration of several functional processes from the US to the Philippines.
Job Responsibilities:
Take on small, medium transition engagements outside the Project Phoenix program Provide Transition and PMO support such as Transition & PMO data collection and reporting Manage and maintain the Census File and release the necessary Census file reports on a timely basis and accurately Handle the Return to Office (RTO) seat allocation and capacity management Assign project tasks based on pre-defined responsibilities of the transition team and trainers Create status reporting decks for executive leadership Work directly with Functional Workstream Leaders to ...
