Job Description
An opportunity has arisen for an immediately available Treasury Accountant to join a large corporate organisation on a contract through EOFY.
This role will suit a technically strong accountant with prior exposure to treasury accounting, treasury operations or financial markets environments. Candidates with Big 4 training and experience within corporate treasury or financial services will be highly regarded.
Working within an established treasury function, you will support daily treasury operations and month end activities across a complex corporate environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining FX rates within the ERP system
- Processing treasury settlements and treasury transactions
- Preparing daily cash flow forecasting and reporting
- General ledger reconciliations
- Assisting with AASB 139 / AASB 9 reporting
