Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Fund Allocation & Liquidity Management
- Cross-chain Asset Scheduling: Manage the balance between cold and hot wallets, perform predictive fund transfers based on market conditions, and ensure platform liquidity and security.
- Fiat Channel Settlement: Monitor fund reconciliation of collection and payout channels, and manage efficient settlement and clearing with global payment providers.
2. Data-Driven Decision Making & AI Empowerment
- Accurate Reconciliation & Monitoring: Design automated reconciliation models to monitor fund consistency across “User Ledger – Exchange Internal Accounts – External Wallets/Banks” in real time.
- Performance Analysis Reporting: Produce high-quality fund flow analysis reports regularly, providing deep insights into transaction fee costs, channel losses, and fund utilization efficiency.
