Key Responsibilities . SME-level expertise in
Tivoli Workload Scheduler (TWS) . Strong hands-on experience with
TWS v9.x & v10.x . Execute EOS upgrades across multiple platforms . Manage full TWS infrastructure: o Production issues o Troubleshooting o Root Cause Analysis (RCA) o Permanent & temporary fixes . Install, customize, enhance & integrate IBM TWS with: o Linux / AIX / Wintel o Cloud platforms o OpenShift . Day-to-day administration: o TWS upgrades o Patching & hardening o Vulnerability fixes o User issue resolution . Ensure high availability, stability & performance . Participate in
24×7 rotational on-call
support . Automate operational & monitoring tasks via scripting . Troubleshoot scheduling options (HTTP/HTTPS, REST, Java/Oracle jobs, resource/dynamic pools, remote jobs) .
