Job Description
As a Senior UX Designer, you will help create high-quality games that are playable, enjoyable, and accessible to a broad audience. You will work closely with your team daily and develop and execute a strategic UX vision for each of our games, demonstrating a deep understanding of our audience and their needs as players. You will maintain consistent relationships with players and provide valuable insights to the team, enabling a player‑centric approach to improving game features and iterations. Your excellent communication skills and strong sense of teamwork make you a supportive collaborator, and you are passionate about accessibility, with experience in advocating for best practices and championing inclusive design.
