Role Overview
As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a key role across two significant workstreams, shaping both customer‑facing and internal experiences that support an evolving aggregation and distribution strategy. You will lead discovery, influence product direction, and bring strong design leadership into cross‑functional teams. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, commercial stakeholders, and external partners to solve complex problems, deliver high‑quality experiences, and help shape how we evolve our design practices, tooling, and ways of working.

- Own the end‑to‑end design process across two key B2B and B2B2C product areas, from discovery and problem definition through to detailed specification, UI design, and developer handoff.
