WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in UX Research, Service Design, Psychology or related field
• 8+ years’ experience driving complex, user-centred research or service-design initiatives
• End-to-end mastery of mixed-method research (qualitative & quantitative) on web, mobile apps and physical touchpoints
• Proficiency with research & testing platforms (UserTesting, Maze, FullStory, Hotjar, A/B, surveys, data analytics)
• Track record converting research findings into actionable product roadmaps validated by measurable KPIs
