Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy
- Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of store assistants/storekeepers to achieve departmental goals and KPIs
- Ensure 100% inventory accuracy at all times
- Ensure compliance with HSE rules and regulations across warehouse operations
- Conduct and chair regular toolbox meetings with the operations team
- Manage staff matters, including discipline and performance issues
- Issue warning letters when required
- Review and approve or reject staff leave applications
