Job Description
Taguig City, Metro Manila, Philippines Consultancy and Valuations
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Geodetic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Real Estate Management, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- At least five (5) years of relevant experience in Real Estate Valuation / Appraisal
With some experience of the following:
- Managing or leading small teams
- Working in collaboration with other departments
- Client Interaction
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills – articulate in explaining complex concepts and findings
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to take initiative and meet deadlines under minimal supervision
- Adaptable and flexible – enjoys working as a team member as well as independently
- Strong proficiency in MS Office applications
