Overview
Senior Vendor Performance Specialist – Permanent position based in Auckland or Wellington. Lead the management of supplier performance across a portfolio of important digital service contracts, ensuring NZTA obtains the best value, service quality, and outcomes from key vendor relationships.
Responsibilities
- Lead day‑to‑day vendor performance management across ICT and outsourced service providers.
- Build strong, constructive relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor service levels, contractual obligations, risks, and performance metrics.
- Identify performance issues early and drive effective resolution and improvement plans.
- Support governance reviews, annual compliance activities, and regular supplier reporting.
