Key Responsibilities
Vessel Coordination & Port Operations:
- Oversee vessel operations during port stay, ensuring smooth, safe, and timely turnaround.
- Ensure full compliance with maritime regulations, port authority requirements, and company operational standards.
- Monitor cargo and port operations and issue accurate daily operational reports in line with company SOPs.
- Coordinate with vessel masters to ensure timely submission of pre arrival documentation and operational readiness.
- Maintain strong working relationships with ship owners, charterers, Masters, cargo receivers, shippers, agents, and port authorities.
