Job Purpose
- Lead the development and execution of Aldar Development’s Commercial strategy, ensuring full alignment with the company’s broader objectives and long-term goals.
- Establish a data-driven culture within Commercial, spearheading analytics and BI to inform decision-making, performance monitoring, and strategic planning.
- Serve as the key strategic partner to the Chief Commercial Officer, translating market intelligence and performance data into actionable business strategies.
