Job Description
The Senior Vice President – Asset Operations for Commercial Real Estate will be responsible for the strategic leadership, operational excellence, profitability, tenant experience, facility management, compliance, sustainability, and overall performance of the commercial real estate portfolio. The role will ensure efficient management of commercial assets called the Market of India and Mall of Madras maximizing asset value, tenant retention, occupancy, and revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities
Asset Operations & Portfolio Management
- Lead end-to-end operations of the commercial real estate portfolio.
- Develop and implement asset management strategies to enhance asset value and operational efficiency.
- Drive asset performance through continuous monitoring of occupancy, operating costs, tenant satisfaction, and profitability.
- Establish operational standards, SOPs, and governance frameworks across all properties.
