Reporting to the Chief People Officer, this role leads enterprise-wide strategy for total rewards, workforce planning, talent development, and organizational culture, ensuring alignment with the credit union’s mission and business objectives. The SVP oversees key functions including compensation and benefits, performance management, succession planning, leadership development, and employee engagement, while serving as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and the Board on governance, policy, and regulatory compliance.
