What You’ll Be Crafting
Produce 3–5 short‑form videos daily (leveraging both manual editing and AI tools) for paid ads, brand campaigns, and social media platforms.
Own the end‑to‑end creative process from ideation, scripting, and storyboarding to editing, subtitling, and final delivery.
Create and optimize conversion‑focused video content designed to drive clicks, leads, and sales, not just views.
Develop, test, and iterate on new creative angles, hooks, and storytelling approaches to improve content performance.
Collaborate closely with media buyers, marketers, and designers to align creatives with campaign goals, KPIs, and audience targeting.
Conduct research on trends, competitors, and high‑performing ads, translating insights into actionable content ideas.
