**What’s the role?**
The Senior Virtualization Engineer is responsible for delivering and maintaining robust, high-availability virtualized compute and storage infrastructure that supports Liberty Caribbean’s business operations and customer-facing services. This role plays a key part in architecting and managing enterprise virtualization environments, ensuring scalability, resilience, and performance across all platforms. The incumbent will lead the design and implementation of VMware-based solutions while also contributing to infrastructure strategy and continuous improvement initiatives.The role requires a strong balance of architectural thinking and hands-on technical execution, working closely with cross-functional engineering teams across applications, data, networks, and IT business continuity.
