Job Description
Vision System Development
- Design and implement machine vision solutions for wafer/die level inspection and metrology
- Develop image processing algorithms (defect detection, pattern recognition, edge detection, etc.)
- Work with cameras, optics, and lighting systems to capture high-quality images
Algorithm & Software Engineering
- Write and optimize code (commonly in C++, Python, or MATLAB)
- Develop and test vision algorithms for speed and accuracy
- Integrate vision modules into larger semiconductor equipment systems
R&D & Innovation
- Research new imaging techniques (e.g., AI-based vision, 3D imaging)
- Prototype and validate new concepts for next‑generation equipment
- Improve resolution, throughput, and detection sensitivity
