Achieve highest output in all F&BP in-store VM & animation.Maintain VM consistency and excellence in line with Chanel's standards.Key Responsibilities:
In-store VM
Ensure all campaign activities are executed on time with attention to details.Ensure consistent in-store VM by implement VM standard maintaining alignment with global VM strategies.Based on the marketing calendar, and in close communication with MKT & Retail, make and distribute VM guidelines to stores.In close cooperation with Store Planning, propose VM plans for store openings that fits the store's concept and manage it to be fully installed in the store.Conduct regular floor plan reviews, actively offering guidelines that contribute to sales improvements and enhance client journey.During the KEM (key emotional moment) season, fully implement gifting-emphasized animation through store dress-up and activate...
