To manage and oversee multiple specialist water works projects (CIVIL AND STRUCTURAL ONLY) - Reservoirs, tanks, pumphouses water reticulation etc:
1) Manage Supervisors and Resources On Site:

• Ensure they report daily progress reports % updated online.
• Ensure the Subcons, labours and materials sufficiency (10 days look ahead).
• Ensure daily site management of consumables & mats are sufficient (diesel, timbers, rebars, concrete - reservoir tank. Pipes, fittings, sand, crusher for pipeworks).
• Ensure MR (material requisitions for materials ) are done 10days ahead.

2) Liaise with project manager/supervisor for work coordination and execution. To ensure weekly coordination progress meetings with sub-con are carried out.
3) Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with the drawings, specifications, construction plan, procedures, work instructions.
