Senior Wellness Therapist / Outlet Assistant Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Perform professional scalp analysis and scalp wellness assessments using specialized equipment.
- Deliver premium scalp therapy, head spa and wellness treatments according to company SOP.
- Apply scalp treatment products, hair growth serums and wellness solutions as prescribed.
- Educate customers on scalp health, hair care routines and post-treatment maintenance.
- Monitor customers' treatment progress and maintain accurate treatment records.
- Ensure treatment rooms, equipment and tools are properly sanitized and maintained.
- Build strong customer relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
- Support consultants and outlet management in delivering excellent customer experiences.
- Attend training programs conducted by local management and China HQ.
