Responsibilities
- Overseeing and coordinating all cellar and harvest activities
- Managing and overseeing the entire bulk and bottled wine production process, including blending and stabilisation
- Managing activities of the services cellar and liaising with clients in production of their wines
- Supervising and managing cellar staff
- Maintaining and managing quality control systems
- Procuring necessary chemicals
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements
