SUMMARY:
Our client are looking for a Tier 2 ISP Technician
POSITION INFO:
Duties:
- Install, Configurate, monitor and upgrade wireless infrastructure, incl wireless controllers, network access systems and guest networks.
- Setup and maintain WI-FI access points (WAPs), radios, antennas, routers, switches and servers
- Troubleshoot hardware, software and connectivity issues, providing level one, two and three support for wireless systems.
- Conduct wireless site surveys, positioning WAPs, testing coverage and optimizing network performance
- Collaborate with IT helpdesk and other technical teams to resolve wireless configuration issues
- Maintain and secure network invironments, radius servers, IP addresses and client security software
- Record and Maintain user support documentation, configuration backups and network reports
